Operation method of loader
2024-10-11

The operation method of a loader includes preparation before startup, loading operation, and handling after shutdown. The following are detailed operating steps and precautions:
       1. Preparation before startup
Check the equipment: Ensure sufficient oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, and fuel, and check whether the tire pressure, steering system, braking system, and lights are normal. Safety equipment inspection: Confirm that seat belts, horns, rearview mirrors, etc. are intact, there are no debris in the cab, and ensure clear visibility and operating space. Environmental inspection: Check if the work area is flat and if there are any obstacles or unrelated personnel around to ensure safe operation.
       2. Start the loader
Shift to neutral: Before starting the engine, shift the gear lever to neutral to avoid accidental movement during startup. Start the engine: Start the engine according to the instruction manual, avoid rapid acceleration, and wait for the engine to idle for a while before checking whether the instrument readings are normal. Hydraulic system preheating: Slowly operate the bucket and boom several times in a cold environment to preheat the hydraulic oil and ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
       3. Basic operation methods
Driving operation: Control the steering wheel to turn, slowly push the accelerator pedal, choose the appropriate driving speed according to needs, and avoid sudden acceleration or sharp turns. Steering and braking: When turning, the speed should be slowed down to prevent the vehicle from tilting or rolling over; When stepping on the brake pedal, operate smoothly to avoid sudden braking. Operation of boom and bucket: Use the joystick to control the lifting of the boom and the flipping of the bucket, ensuring that the bucket is parallel to the ground during loading. Try to maintain a uniform load and avoid overloading or uneven loading.

       4. Loading and unloading operations
Loading operation: Lower the bucket to be parallel to the ground, and then drive forward into the material pile. Slowly lift the boom, control the bucket angle, and shovel the material into the bucket. Raise the height of the boom to keep the bucket away from the ground and maintain stable driving.
Unloading operation: Slowly drive the loader to the unloading position and control the position of the boom and bucket. Slowly lift the boom and tilt the bucket forward to ensure smooth pouring of materials. After unloading, retract the bucket back to the low position and prepare for the next cycle.
       5. Shutdown operation
Lower the boom: When parking, place the boom and bucket on the ground to ensure the stability of the loader. Neutral gear: Shift the gear lever to neutral and release the brake pedal. Idle running: Let the engine idle for a few minutes to reduce temperature and prevent damage caused by emergency stop. Turn off the engine: After turning off the engine, remove the key and ensure that the equipment cannot be started without human operation.
       6. Precautions
Avoid overload: The loader has a rated load, so do not operate under overload to avoid damage to the hydraulic system and chassis. Control the working height: During loading and driving, keep the bucket as close to the ground as possible to improve stability and prevent tipping. Safety awareness: When operating a loader, one should concentrate and avoid collisions with other equipment or pedestrians, especially in narrow or complex work areas. Observing instruments: Always pay attention to the display on the equipment dashboard to ensure that various indicators such as oil pressure and temperature are within the normal range, and promptly handle any abnormalities.
       7. Operations under special circumstances
Slope operation: Avoid sudden acceleration or sharp turns when going up and down slopes, and try to drive along the slope as much as possible. Unloading should be avoided on slopes to prevent tipping. Work in adverse weather conditions: When working on rainy, snowy, or muddy ground, caution should be exercised and driving should be slowed down to prevent slipping or overturning.
By mastering the correct operating methods and following safety regulations, the efficiency of loaders can be effectively improved, equipment lifespan can be extended, and the safety of operators and the surrounding environment can be ensured.
