The maintenance of small loaders is crucial for extending equipment lifespan, maintaining work efficiency, and reducing malfunctions. The following are the main maintenance methods and precautions:
1. Daily inspection
Engine oil: Check the oil level and quality of the engine oil, check the oil dipstick daily, replenish it promptly if there is insufficient, and regularly replace the engine oil to maintain engine lubrication. Coolant: Ensure that the coolant is at the appropriate level to prevent engine overheating. Use the appropriate type of coolant and replenish and replace it if necessary. Hydraulic oil: Check the oil level in the hydraulic oil tank, observe whether the oil quality is clean, and replace the hydraulic oil every 500 hours or as recommended in the equipment manual. Fuel system: Check for leaks in the fuel system, clean up impurities deposited in the fuel tank, and prevent blockages in the fuel circuit.
2. Regular cleaning
Air filter: Clean or replace the air filter to prevent dust from entering the engine, especially in dusty working environments, and increase the cleaning frequency. Radiators: Regularly clean the surface of the radiator to prevent dust, weeds, and other debris from adhering and causing poor heat dissipation. Vehicle cleaning: After each operation, clean the outer surface of the loader to avoid the accumulation of soil and debris that may affect machine operation.
3. Lubrication
Regularly lubricate the articulated parts, pin shafts, and boom of the loader, check the lubrication points daily and replenish an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to ensure smooth operation of all moving parts. Lubricating oil should be selected according to the season and the recommended grease type in the equipment manual to ensure optimal lubrication effect.
4. Tires and Drive Systems
Check the tire pressure and maintain it within the recommended range to avoid rapid wear caused by improper tire pressure. Regularly inspect tires for cracks, scratches, or excessive wear, and promptly repair or replace them. The gears and transmission shafts of the drive system should be regularly inspected, and if necessary, tightened and replaced to prevent loosening or damage.

5. Electrical system inspection
Regularly check the battery level and clean the battery connectors to prevent insufficient power from affecting normal startup. Check if the lights, speakers, and instruments are functioning properly to ensure safe operation and equipment condition monitoring.
6. Maintenance of hydraulic system
Check for leaks in hydraulic cylinders, oil pipes, and joints, and replace seals promptly if any leaks are found. Regularly replace the hydraulic filter element to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system and damaging components.
7. Regularly replace vulnerable parts
Regularly replace the oil filter, fuel filter, hydraulic filter and other components according to the recommendations in the equipment manual to maintain the cleanliness and normal operation of the loader. When working components such as blades and bucket teeth are severely worn, they should be replaced in a timely manner to avoid affecting work efficiency.
8. Check and record maintenance records
After each maintenance, record the maintenance items, date, and specific situation for future reference and timely next maintenance.
